As the main benefit of membership, YBAA members are encouraged to use the association`s standardized and copyrighted contract forms for U.S. and Canadian transactions. Each form is designed as an interactive PDF to make it easier to use. We recommend that you download a blank copy of the forms, download them to your desktop, and fill them out in Adobe Acrobat Reader. CLICK HERE to download for FREE! Enjoy the simplicity of having to enter data once and all your forms and documents are filled out instantly. No need to fill out and print multiple forms and contracts. With YachtCloser, you can avoid double spending and spend more time selling boats. Safari (Apple) users are advised to fill out your form in Preview or Safari, go to the Print menu (cmd + P) and use the PDF drop-down menu at the bottom left and select Save as PDF. Generating a new “flattened” PDF simply means that all annotations (including form data) are indistinguishable from the actual content of the PDF, as if they were part of it all the time. This means that you can no longer edit them (in the new printed PDF), which may be desirable, but also means that they will display correctly in Adobe). After downloading the app, just open the form in Safari on your iPad/iPhone and then tap on the screen. You should see an option for “Open in” in the upper left corner of your screen. Tap “Open to” and then select “Copy to Adobe Acrobat”, from there you should be able to fill out the form and send it by email. Access your forms and documents from anywhere, as long as you have access to the Internet. Enjoy the freedom to close an offer wherever you are. Make sure you only use up-to-date forms for all transactions. All previous versions of the forms should not be used; Such use violates the YBAA Members` Code of Ethics.
Forms are constantly updated throughout the year, so be sure to upload a blank copy whenever you need a new form. Firefox (Mozilla) users are advised to first download a blank copy of the form to use on their computer. The downloaded form can then be filled out, saved and printed, or emailed as needed. .
